Scattered Data
Data was never captured properly. Every team maintained their own version of the truth. No single source.
Broken Connections
Google Sheets integrations broke every time a new user joined or a column changed. Nobody maintained them.
Manual Overload
Tasks that needed zero manpower were consuming 2–3 people just to keep the process from breaking.
No Central View
Business owners couldn't analyse their own operations. Data was never collected in one place to provide insights.
